You show up to each session with what you've gathered, and we build the record together — with context, with conversation, and with the guidance of someone who knows what your family will actually need and what tends to get missed.
A dashboard tracks your progress across the full package so you always know where you stand and what's coming next. Nothing slips through.
The package is completed within a defined timeframe — approximately four to five months — which keeps momentum alive and prevents this from becoming another thing that stretches indefinitely. Additional sessions are available if your situation requires them.
